Well whatever it took, insulin b low up (ev ryones doing it) narrow, Jays waist is wide as hell, bottom line is Phil looked. Better today then anyone else and it wasn't ev en close! The following are the exact dosages of an offseason blast of a current top pro. Hope this puts in perspective the BS pro cycles that get posted every now and then.

Weeks 1-12

600mg equipoise eod
200mg test prop ed

there is something very very wrong with bodybuild now days,, i recomend everyone who think to compete to think well before you do it,, this is not bodybuilding this is DRUG building,, and this is becomign major problem like never before for this is first time mr o really doesnt carry the name mr o well

the reality of the matter is ,,

natural bodybuild was never there,,

aas + hgh + low slin to no slin was bodybuild at its best,,

now day you have fellas walking 240 that in reality woudnt even walk 170! due to insulina and hgh ,, and its just fat from within the muscle,, its just not bodybuilding ,, it is tissue enhancing ,,

the activity known as bodybuilding is now called TISSUE ENHANCING,,
