IMO Arntz places a bit too well usually. He is always in shape but that's about it.

The pics don't really do justice here.  Kevin English looked enormous for a guy who evidently weighed in at 197 (although I also think Flex should have won).

Regarding Flex, has he split up from his wife or something or is this old news?

I follow them both on Twitter (yeah, outed, I know), and she has changed her name back to her maiden name and they don't "follow" each other anymore. All the interviews I saw Flex do prior to the 202 he didn't mention her once. Shame really, they seemed like a nice couple.

Yep - I remember seeing pics of that - I didn't go to the finals that year but I'm thinking of going this year. May also check out the West Midlands show in Birmingham next Sunday.
