Kai is a solid  soiled bodybuilder and has nothing plenty to be ashamed of.  He'll keep working at it and pushing forward because he loves it.

His gut can be controlled but unfortunately, I don't see that waist line coming in.  Also, his image is badly tainted and even though I think he is a better bodybuilder than Heath, the IFBB will never have him as the representation of the sport.  He'd have to TRULY DOMINATE in Ronniesque fashion where not a sole in the world could argue against him being the best for him to have a shot at being Mr. O.

Still, if he's smart, he can maximize his opportunity and set his financial future up if he wanted to and should stay in bodybuilding because I don't know where else he'll have an opportunity to do that.  G4P? Sure, but damn, is that what you really want to make your living from if you don't have to?

Kai will compete in India this week, he will be even tighter, he usually is after traveling.  The two years that he won the Arnold he traveled here to Oz and improved both times. Don't write him off, he is one of the best ever.

Following India he will be here in Australia for a sellout tour.

The IFBB has no say on who wins the Olympia, the judges do...The judges are also human, and their personal feelings towards Kai could influence their decision on where he places...Did that happen this time though? Besides Jay placing second when he should not have, Kai got third, and i think judging by the pics, Kai got exactly what he deserved...If any arguement on his placing can be made, it would have been that Kai should have placed lower, not higher...

he needs to keep his calories and food intake low all year while keeping his anabolics high... maybe even ditch the test completely..  he needs to get that waist in control.. his lower abs especially have gotten out of hand.. if he can do that he can be a solid 2nd for years to come.. as long as vic cant come in dry and shredded

get his stomach down. ronnie made his gut shrink considerably between 04 and 05 by decreasing his food intake. king kamali did the same thing plus dropped the insulin and made some insane improvements a couple years ago, almost got rid of his gut completely.  unlike the apparent consensus, i do believe its very possible and quite easy with the right techniques to shrink a distended abdomen.. even get to a point where kai could pull off a nice vaccuum. it will take a lot of starving to shrink the stomach and walking around 24/7 with his abs sucked in.. plus getting rid of the drugs that cause bloat..    just my personal theory but it has worked in the past for other bodybuilders.
