Back in the day it their faces would be very sucked in, indicating extreme dryness!! All of those photos were taken at the 2011 weekend (except dorians of course).

Dorian and the guys in the 90's were abusing the shit out of slin to though. I don't understand why the guys in the 90's were denser and dryer when they all used the same stuff!

Yes guys who are still on anadrol,Test and slin. disgusted said he sends his athletes on stage on anadrol. I personally dont agree.

Guys have been using Anadrol all the way to the stage since the 80's. I personally trained with one of the top amateur guys back in the mid 80's this guy was also good friends with Jeff King. I was in the loop back then so I know what was being used. Guys were NOT doing grams of test, there was no slin or GH.

LOL that's a lot of typing. I will say this, if I were to ever train people again I would not allow them to use certain things that all are using now. I would like to take one guy with very good genetics and train him my way and bring back the older look. Lionel is the ONLY guy right now who can bring back that look and win Pro shows.

Here's some advice, too many guys just starting out are wanting to jump right into slin and grams of test. Don't ever touch slin and go easy on the test. If you can't get big enough using plain old steroids then BBing is not for you. Oh and as far as what the top guys are doing GH15 has already posted that so if you strive to look like them follow the leader as they say.
