LOL that's a lot of typing. I will say this, if I were to ever train people again I would not allow them to use certain things that all are using now. I would like to take one guy with very good genetics and train him my way and bring back the older look. Lionel is the ONLY guy right now who can bring back that look and win Pro shows.

Here's some advice, too many guys just starting out are wanting to jump right into slin and grams of test. Don't ever touch slin and go easy on the test. If you can't get big enough using plain old steroids then BBing is not for you. Oh and as far as what the top guys are doing GH15 has already posted that so if you strive to look like them follow the leader as they say.

Of course, I almost helped a top amateur girl out a few years ago and this girl was a freak. Guess she had a fall out with her trainer. Anyway, she was on 12 different drugs. Test, halo, V etc. She was very open about what she took. So you think GH15 is lying?

I thought parabolin and finajet was.the same thing...i.e.tren unless they are different ethers....ive been so fucked in the head by this sport, ifs hard for me to concieve. Building an Olympian physique without taking for example what BFG or gh15 says...so no 3 gms of test huh? Lol...

Guys have been using Anadrol all the way to the stage since the 80's. I personally trained with one of the top amateur guys back in the mid 80's this guy was also good friends with Jeff King. I was in the loop back then so I know what was being used. Guys were NOT doing grams of test, there was no slin or GH.

I have heard of it dont get me wrong! I have also known  guys who used test and dbol all the way up to contest day. I have also heard of guys using drol. lee haney loved anadrol. anyway I am just saying I personally dont agree with it. I think if you drop those type of drugs weeks out from the competition and focus on drugs like halotestin and masteron and diurectics a little closer to game day you will come in dryer and harder/more ripped and grainy. the grainy look comes from high doses of halotestin  and diuretics from what I have seen. Dorian used high amounts of halotestin if anyone says diffrent they are liars.

yes but basically they were taking everything available at the time, just like current pros are doing. In other words they were not abusing the shit of the gh/slin combo back the because it was not available to them.
