How much did Phil Heath weigh at the Olympia?

I saw someone mention 290lbs at 5'-10". That does not sound right. I would think around 250-260lbs.

And how much was Dennis Wolf?

Does anyone know? Thanks.

Definitely not 290, I even think 260 is a bit to much as well. If I had to guess I'd say somewhere around 247.

If that, considering that he has made slow and steady progress since 06, which is the correct way to do it, I would gather it would be around the 240s.

Thos guys are NOT that heavy. 240's and shredded to the bone is ALOT at his height.

He's only about 5 8, I'd say between 220 and 235, seriously dudes him at 10 percent bodyfat, would still be a fucking massive 260

all the pros lie about there weight. i remember when they weighed them at the ironman. everyone was alot lighter than what they said in the magazines. jay tweeted that he was 257 so phil was probably around 240
