phil is a smaller guy and less structure than flex, who had mega problems with ronnie and the likes of yates in their primes?  why the fuck are people comparing phil to these guys?

The '90s were the pinnacle for Bbing. Started declining after 1999 aside from the occasional great Ronnie showings (AC 2001, 'O 2003). The rest should have been silence.

Probably but just because they tend to reward the reigning champion 'til he completely collapses. Jay's conditioning was auwful, 50 inches waist, terrible symmetry. On physique based alone and without the site injection problem, at least 3 or 4 guys were better than him.

Nope , although like Dorian , Phil is pretty complete besides having narrow clavicles but Dorian's conditioning and width would crush him
