well....all I did was add my two cents to the thread.....and AS USUAL....some douche troll comes along and starts shit with me...so i give it back. I LOVE how when someone starts with me and i defend myself...I'm "angry" and "tense"....EVERYBODY responds when addressed directly, dipshit  ;) :D

As to the subject...I feel older, yeah....but you would think some of you guys are 90 the way you carry on.

But then my family all look great for their age and stay vibrant well into their 80's and 90's....I'm real lucky there.  my mom and dad are in their late 60's and you would never guess it in a million years.

Getting on test made me feel like i'm 25 again....

Yep, test is something, isn't it? Wish I'd started it long before I did. It makes a huge difference in how I feel.

I just turned 49 in August, I can still bench 440, squat 550 and keep up with most of my athletes on the field as far as skills and performance, but I fell like I'm a bit of a hypocondriac (sp). Since the college and NFL season started, like every year on the weekends, it's wings, cheese platters, my wifes chamorro dishes (spicy) and wine.

Continued....

For two weeks in a row, I"ve had blood in my stool, happen again this week and I FREAKED. Ran to the doc where I was VERY relieves for him to tell "relax, you just burned a hole in your ass" and me thinking I had colon cancer :/

I just turned 30 this year. I noticed a few grey hairs on my head and some of my friends look down on me for banging 20 yr olds. They're all married and trying to live vicariously through me though so I know they're just jealous ;D

I also noticed several years ago that my left elbow 'clicks' while bench pressing if I don't warm it up correctly.
