...is not Phil Heath.  Phil is good and deserves his Olympia win this year.  To crown him as the best of all time, when he has never won the Arnold and has only won 4 pro shows (Colorado, NY, NOC and Olympia) is totally premature.  If Phil goes on to win several more Olympias and some Arnolds in commanding fashion, then maybe, just maybe, you can make an argument for him.

Flex? Please cmon, why the fuck NO ONE mentions Lee Haney in those threads? He was big, ripped, excellent structure, dense muscle, everything. Somewhat reminiscent of Sergio Oliva who is also overlooked too often.

Frank Zane gets the nod because he is a true bodybuilder - a craftsman and a sculptor. He is one of the few competitive bodybuilders who knew the limits of how much size he ought to carry and how to present himself to make himself look even better.

People go on about Flex Wheeler but anything after 1993 and you are talking about a sack of bubble plastic. He is not a bodybuilder in the classical sense. He destroyed his physique, like so many of the current generation, but simply going for size. If he had stuck with what he had in 1993 and worked on detail while adding a little bit of size each year, he would have been something special.

I don't think Phil is the greatest of all time , The Olympia is the most prestigious title in bodybuilding forget the Arnold and people all try and fluff up Shawn Ray as one of the best of all time and he never won and Olympia and only won two pro shows in his entire career

by virtue of winning the Olympia Heath is already established himself as one of the best of all-time because he accomplished something very few others have. Technically speaking Ronnie Coleman is the best bodybuilder of all-time , he tied Lee Haney for most Olympia wins and he won more pro shows than anyone else , so until Phil ( or anyone else ) beats that he's a LONG way off from being mentioned as the best of all-time

those pictures are something youll never see again ,, ron colman show there the condition of dorian yates,,very close... and the size of sheer muscle diamater no one ever displayed on ifbb profesional stage,,  his actual conditoned size there ,,his OWN legit size enhanced by hormones but its his size no seo...and no mega dosing insulina....his own legit size is surpassing anything youll ever see ,, not even lionel whatever his name is,,

i just do not think a ron colman will ever be seen ,, it takes a specific fella with specific build to go through powerlifting and maintain his build with no injurys and go into bodybuild and train like powerlifter and combine it both and respond tremendesly to the hormones and build foundation with aas and go to hgh and then introduce insulina instages,, everything fell right for ron colman ...he didnt rize up super fast he was just there like bobbie...but ron colman responded tremendesly to hormones and training at the abolit max of the max of responders and this was after! he already had base of powerlifting and really liked weight lifting,, ...it just something that come once every 200-300 years,, i doubt you will see it ever again ,,

dorian was great yes amazing condition ,, but ron colman ....this is just alien ,, something you wont see again ,,

def the best bodybuild ever on planet earth with arnold there more for the spirit and for what he did for bodybuild...but ron colman hold this title and is far far ahead of the other top 5 who make top 6 bodybuilders ever

notice the face...notice how lean ron colman face is ,, notice the usage of insulina at the  90s waas lower with him ,, he didnt just abuse it ...he came in lean leaaaaan peeled shreded with sucked in face,, those times is what bodybuild is missing the most because that face on colman is what bodybuilder face should look like when go on stage,, this is long gone since 90s ,,today its only the smaler fellas who get to this kind of face leaness,, back then we all had it ,,

just look into his face how much leaner it is than the others who are LEAN in the face but already used higher doses insulina,, he just exploded the insulina into 2003...and you see what happeend 290 lb 5'11 fella on stage!! when he used high doses insulina... and still he brought the condition i dont know how he pulled it but insulina didnt take a lot from his condition ,, he is just once in a million bodybuilder...rare,, and he liked lifting and liked lifting very very heavy ,, he really lifted in the gym ,, he DID NOT TRAIN TO BE A BODYBUILDER HE TRAINED BECAUSE HE LIKED TRAINING,, he liked looking like bodybuilder but it wasnt about competitions this is how he was discovered,, it was all amaturish in his eyes while he already had the physiqe of a mr o! he enter the gymnasium in texas and from the moment he put a leg in it the owner recognized he was mr o ,, it wasnt like the owner there saw a fella that has potential....HE WAS MR O ,, he looekd that impressive upon first meeting that first day,, he didnt try ...it was just him on hormones and years of heavy lifting ,, as simple as that ...then he got all the tuning and the rest is history ...

should have won o atleast 9 times ,,but it wotn matter 8 times 5 times wont matter,, one look at him tell you he was much ahead of the others

look how dry ....how hard...how seperated ...how developed each muscle group is,, everything is sliced and hard no water between skin and muscle and no fat within the muscle,, dry sucked in face,, this is just not human ,, his body LOVED HORMONES and really really responded VERY WELL TO BASICS

dont worry dorian yates is top 6 bodybuild sit there comfortably eating icecream ,, not to worry about him he is just fine,, his conditon was great ,,its just that conditioned size was lighter than ron ,, and muscle shape was not as freaky ,,no one is as freaky ,, ron colman is just not human like when ti come to muscle shape it is not only freaky but its nasty meteor edges and combo between square and round in the exact right places,, its like jap animation mutation with really really good black stucture and genetic frame,,

he had all the roundenss and squariness in the right places,, usualy you have either or ...when you go low bodyfat you become squary ....when higher bodyfat more round...with him it was not the case...he became squary in some places and remained round in others,,

he had the best bodybuild genetics EVER,, any bodybuilder will tell you that,, it is just unheard of with 99.99 % of bodybuilders
