Phil looks rediculous and not in a good way.  Its like, wow thats big fuckin arm and crappy chest.  You look over at Jay and its like night and day, so much more dense, good sculpted abs, looks like a solid dude.

you're right. if you look at some photos of phil posing at the o his arm is about 75% the width of his whole chest.

Jay's arm looks the same in the pics in India, so not sure it's fully healed. But if he shows up like he did during the Olympia finals night or better, Phil's has to be 100% to beat him.

i might be in the minority here but i think jay is going to take it. he can surely fix his water problem this time around. from a sales stand point this would be good for the mags and the mr. o next year. think about it flex and md will read heath wins mr.o but jay comes back in india. i don;t know just a thought
