Ruhl, honestly, had good shape for mass monster... and no real weak bodyparts. His triceps could have been better... But he was a good bodybuilder

wasnt Ruhl around 270-80lbs only when onstage? If so he was even lighter then nasser, so those pics probably are not scalled right. Still amazes me because he looks 300lbs+ easily. There are some pics of him in a GP in 2007 I think he is just plain outmassing both cutler and coleman. insane,.

Ruhl and Nasser competed at the same weight, give or take a pound or 2. Nasser was never 300 pounds or close to it on stage...so Ruhl was never really lighter than Nasser.

That's crazy how huge Markus was there. He was still huge at the Olympia this weekend despite being a lot smaller than he was there. Supposedly he eats every half hour even today while retired.
