Maybe so, and up until now he seemed to me like an OK and funny dude, but why bring down a guy pushing 70 for getting back in the gym? realized that for the challenge to meet equal standards, it had to be done in the same condition as his 1970 photos.

realized it was not just about an "arm pump" with 20% bf...challenge took on a different level.

I say just change it to "experiment to get my arms as big as i can in my CURRENT bf%" and stop the challenge of "beating my 1970 physique"
