i read along time ago that if you start off taking AAS you will lose the 15-20lbs of muscle that you could have gained naturally. i believe this. i started off and my first year i went from 195 to 230-235. granted about 10lbs was fat but you will gain naturally if you lift, eat and sleep. IMO when you first start lifting you can almost do anything and make gains. its plain ignorant to start off juicing.
it realy depens on individual ,, the resality of the matter is that the genetic superirors with the ability to get VERY lean will sit 180-190 8-10%...with little halodrol lol here and there then diet down to 165-170 and step on stage ,, they will look much much beter than any 220 210 200lb balonie naturals ,,,they wil always play with 10-15lb of comeptetition weight and they will always have all the detail in the worl dto ther muscles....
when you talk quality muscle you talk about lines,, about seperation ,, about condition ... lean muscle ,, you dont talk about water and fat that can be part of a lean physiqe...you talk about the actual muscle which has water inside but the actual muscle with out the fat and the water that is between muscle and skin ,,
this is where the true numbers of true naturals come to play ,, and no they are not the numbers of lay nortom ...they are much less
those numbers are 170lb at a very good day at 6% dry on stage for a 5'10 fella...yes you heard me right 5'10 fella with VERY GOOD LEAN GENETIC ...this is also where most start hormonizing themselves becuase they cant go more than that naturaly unless it is becoming bloofiland
remember friends...when you walk around in yoru little gymnasium ...you want the bacl to have detail...you want the front to have detail ,, bulk of bloofy muscle = NOTHING,,you want seperation and condition ,, you want to see 3 dimentional aspect,, you want to see if lines are blurred to some degree... you want to still see very good condition as in development of muscle and basicaly you want to see muscle on bone!
most fella start aas when they are about 155-165lb of lean muscle at 5'9 5'10 ,, this is what human body will let you gain naturaly when it come to lean muscle on a 5'10! fella
lean muscle tissue = no fat attacked as in 0% as in ONLY muscle and water weight
