kai can't drop 10 lbs against phil.  given phil has the height advantage, phil is already starting to look bigger than him.  wild guess, phil could add another 5-7 lbs on his 5'9" frame and it wouldn't hurt him like it hurts kai on a stubby 5'7" frame.
