Parents don't teach kids how to "cope", nor do they teach kids manners and the right way to treat people...which is a recipe for trouble...

Man I remember being in school there was always one or two kids who would get bullied every day really bad for years and years. There was one kid who was the son of the police chief in our town. People would pick on him constantly! We would just walk up to him and punch him or throw him on the ground. Well the police chief ended up sending in an officer to talk to all of young kids made it even worse on him. If I was being bullied like that every day of my life I would end up hurting someone really bad!

If I was getting bullied bad every day I would smash someone in the back of the head with a stick or do something. Make people think your crazy so they wont screw with you anymore. You might get in trouble but in the long run it would be worth it.

I remember this one dirt bag kid was getting picked on by the seniors. Well he had enough one day in the cafeteria he took his pencil and stabbed one of the kids right in the head. No one messed with him again after that.

Its not the same as it was growing up.  Back in the day, you had to do it directly in someone's face and when you got into a fight, it was settled after the fight was over and pretty much forgotten after a few days.  

Now you got cyberbullying where people can anonymously bully and make fun of someone Getbig-like and fights are now broadcast on youtube and video and its never really settled because its forever on the internet and because of that, beef can never really be squashed

We talked shit on the phone, three way calls and all that garbage.  I don't really see what the difference is.  They still see these people that are bullying them face to face at school.

How can they stop it? Bullying will always be a part of society. It always has and always will be. If your getting bullied you have to take a stand! It might have to be extreme violence to get your point across. I'm not saying you have to shoot someone but you have to kick someones ass.

Zero tolerance. Detention every time bullying comes to teacher's knowledge, of course always after chat with both sides. Message would be clear, and the bullying stops immediately when the atmosphere doesn't permit it, and the young new students can follow the older students.

I've noticed ,nowadays,kids don't have the thick skin we have.. It's so sad,but at some point,you must fight back.. I asked my son.. When someone messes with you,it's being hit that you're most afraid of,correct..?  So once he hits you,the fear is gone.. Now he has to pay for what he's done.. He had his chance ,now take yours.. ! I don't think fighting in the streets is a good thing,but sometimes you must fight fire ,with fire..
 I was often bullied when I was younger,but I never thought of hurting myself.. Once I hit Junior High,I lifted weights,hit the boxing club,then realized,they don't know how to fight..? To me,it was very ,very important to bring my sons to the gym with me.. All parents need to teach kids how to defend themselves..  Teach them how to throw their hands..  Parents think Karate teaches them that.. To me that shit looks like they're dancing..? LOL.. Throw your hands violently ,at those who want to hurt you.. Break someone's jaw,or nose.. That's how you stop bullying.! You'll see how quickly you make friends,or.....you don't make friends..Either way,you'll no longer be the victim..
 I remember,a few years back,I was with my son,and a little crew of boys were looking at him.. So I asked him,what's that about son.?  He said nothing.. I told him,that does not look like nothing.?  He said ,well dad,some girls like me,and they like the girls.. So they keep telling the girls that I'm soft ,and if they  see me talking to the girls they'll beat me up...!  My blood boiled,I tightened up ,and had to remember,these were just kids..
 So the next day,I get a call at the shop. My wife tells me,go to school,Little Worm is saying some kids want to jump him.. I get to the school,I tell him,enough all ready..!  You're fighting!  My son says,really..?  Okay.. !  So we go outside,and none of the kids were there.. I get to the shop,and they're across the street... ! My son says that's them Dad!  So i tell him ,take your shirt off,you're getting it on,right now !  We approach them,and I ask ,what's up with you kids and my son.. He's never said two words to you ,and you want to jump him.. So one loud mouth says,cause he's a bitch ass guy! I said ,okay Lil Worm,which one..?  He said I don't care.. He points to the biggest one.. They square up and the kid starts swinging away.. Mind you,this kid has not touched my son once... Then he drops his hands and says Phuck it,I ain't fighting this Punk..!? So i told him,you had your chance,leave my son alone,or next time,I'll make sure he breaks your jaw.. I looked at the other kids,and asked them.anyone else..?  They walked away,and I heard one kid say,we'll be back..!
 So about 20 mins.go by.. I'm loading up my truck,and here some ruckus behind me,I turn around,and some guy looks at me,and yells.....YOU KOW HIM!!!?  He points to the kid my son was embarassing.. So i look at him and smile... Then I told him,they're kids,it was your kid against mine... Then he yells again.. I got hot,all over,I yelled PHUCKYOU,and said what are you gonna do.. Then he says,wait ...Let's talk about it.. I told him Nah.. You want to be crazy,now let's get crazy.... ! I told him,me and you ,let's go to the back of my shop,so no cops come,and we get arrested..!  He talls me,believe me,you're gonna lose  !  I yelled,you wish.. Show me then.. I promise you,I won't lose.. He tells me to calm down. I tell him to go Phuck himself..
 I tell him again,let's go to the yard,so we don't get stopped and arrested......Then he looks at me,and says.......I AM A COP   ! SO I told him,your son is the way he is,because of you! He bullies til someone stands up to him,then he backs down..! He apologized for being aggressive,and we went in the shop ,sat down and had coffee and talked it out..   Now this guy is one of my best friends....!  My son and his son are super cool,and he even comes by the shop and helps out,and he is one of the most well mannered boys,I've ever met...

Phone tag wasn't nothing, most people would just hang up.

But I will say that there was this kid named Steven who I bullied for years in school smacking his glasses off and calling him 4 eyes and stuff....until God decided to pay me back for my shitty attitude and blurred my vision.  

Needless to say, I was bullied a little bit in high school because I was a freshmanbut it stopped when I was in the 10th grade when I threw one of them off the 15 foot balcony of the gym facility and knocked out the other ones front grill by smashing his face against a gas meter on the building.  After that, I didn't have any bullying problems....in fact I had a few people look at me like I was some fucking crazt lunatic.  I'm surprised that i only got suspended for 5 days for that shit but I think it was because they were the aggressors....


But that being said, the difference is that when you bullied someone, it was direct and in your face when I was growing up.  

Now its a bunch of pussies text messaging, webcam, photomorphing, and other fag shit behind a screen.

A lot fo this shit has to do with parents who don't take interest in their kids lives.  I always said, if a kid fucks with mine I am going to that kids house and beating ths shit out of his dad right in front of him.  If it happens a second time I am burning their house down while they sleep after I ensure their doors won't open.  Sometimes you have to fight fire with fire.

Some bigger guys tried to bully me once and I overheard them say they were going to get me after school.  I went home at lunch, brought back a full size kitchen knife and a hammer.  I had them hidden in my jacket.  After school the kids pointed at me and said get him.  I pulled out the knife and hammer and like a fucking maniac started screaming at them to bring it on.  I went ape shit.  A couple of the kids jetted and I chased after the others screaming like a mad man and they took off.  If I would have caught them I probably would have stabbed the fuckers to death.  The next day their ring leader comes up to me and apologizes and says he wants to be friends.  I told him we'd never be friends but we can go to school in peace and not fuck with each other and sure enough they never fucked with me again.
