I am trying to lay off the beers as I am trying to up my cardio a bit and beer gets me bloated.

vodka and Gatorade goes well though.

Alchohol is every bit as potent as LSD and heroin.

It's the number 1 used and abused drug everywhere.

y best ever is 315 for 12 flat 7 on incline. All at 210 bodyweight. Clean as as a whistle. No roids nothing.

How about you show up to my self defense class in White Plains on Monday 7-9 at YWCA? You would like it - the two main instructors are brothers like yourself and kick ass al over the place. The main guy is a col. in the Marines and trains the Iraqis and Afghanis in CQC.
