I don't get the negativity around the woman's looks. She's doing something to change them. What's off here is having her do something as complex as barbell rows. She should be learning to lift weights before lifting weights like that.Slaveboy is prob right. some quality machine rows focused on chest up, shoulders back, movement over the scapula and a paused contraction for 1-2 secs. Would do wonders for her posture. Those rows aren't fixing shit.

The more complicated the exercise, the less likely the newbie is to be able to do it on their own, and the more necessary the further services of the trainer. This is why you see trainers having people do bullshit like one-arm DB curls while standing on one leg on a Bosu board and nitpicking the minutiae of form on every single exercise as if it makes that much of a difference.People overestimate how interested most trainers are in helping people rather than making a buck.
