Who's say meat should be cooked too? Some of the best meat is raw. Many cultures have fine cuisine showcasing raw meat. If the French, Japanese and Viet (huge French influence in their cuisine) are serving raw meat you know it must be good fucking shit!

It's some Viet holiday so I'm just getting my suit ready and heading to the temple. Afterwards we'll probaby have pho which has raw meat. And we eat raw beef with nothing more than lime juice spritzed on it prior to eating. Delishious!

Try some sushi rolls. They put all kinds of things on them like cream cheese and avacado. For raw fish, salmon is very good. Use some soy sauce also. They have the low sodium one.

Great point! I was surprised to read that one of the biggest cause of loss with any business is employee thief. When I worked at The Vitamin Shopped they had cameras everywhere. When we caught someone stealing and had it film I was surprised they didn't prosecute. I was told by the district manager that the company doesn't prosecute shop lifters. I then asked him what's the point of having all these cameras. He just smiled and said, "That's to watch you."

It's really fucked up, but most restaurants just make it too easy for the employees. Steal money, or food, drinks or let friends and family eat for free.

Yeah iv been stung before so thanks for the advice il have a talk with some other franchise owners of the chain here in Ireland and get their methods of preventing it.
