why do you think bush and cheney refused to testify under oath, refused to allow equipment to record their testimony, confiscated all the notes about their testominoy from the 911 commission, and wouldn't testify unless they could do it AT THE SAME TIMEE?

1) He is the ONLY person with power to halt illegal gun sales (Only bush and cheney retained shootdown power after june 2001 law change)
2) He won't testify about F&F without biden at the table.
3) The public never gets to hear what he says- no camera, no recording
4) the bi-partisan committe he hand-picked to interview him can't take their notes with them.
5) he postponed this investigation for 441 days. Then cut the funding down to 13 mil, way less than needed.
6) we know at least 3000 people were killed with these guns that only he had the power to stop but won't talk about. 3000 fucking dead americans.
