I remember reading an interview with Platz years back, and he claimed that he was able to maintain his leg size and strength by training them just once a month. I think that it was in an old Ironman article.

Yes, he also is natural, takes 30mins naps twice a day and is religious about his post-workout-broccoli timing.

He spent (what would have been) his investment money on a Corvette instead. Still talks about em!

Damn, your'e pretty thought-provoking these days. Even if you are joking, Platz has diarrhea of the mouth. I'm sure he would attempt to speak out intelligently on that subject.

Whether or not he was logical or credible would be another story.

I've been trying to figure out just what his overall point is in everything... unless he's just simply on meds and feels like jabbering.
