Just my observation-not a judgement. So I'll do this in a case study fashion:
The man was born in 1972. (Arnolds third olympia win) He trained like his hero's and then had a back injury.
After, his rehabilitation and persistence, he came came back.

The man is now 39yrs old and weighs 220lbs HIS BEST CONDITION @ 6'0".
People say he was a farm boy who loved to train.

To compare, Brock Lesnar has the same story, and he had a more devastating disease with inflammatory bowel syndrome (IBS). The latter was caught in the late 90's early 2000's with GH.

By these facts and many of your bodybuilding observations, you can draw a conclusion.

Well, I will say this: 220 at 6' even does make me suspicious, because this dude is pretty lean in all of his pics (I'd guess not much more than 9%, but that's only based on a front and partial side view).

The guy in the photos does NOT have 20" arms. 18" maybe. Mentzer stood 5'8" and, at his most ripped condition, had 18.5" arms (or so he told me) onstage.

Compare Mike's arms, hanging relaxed at his sides, to this natural Ubermensch :lol:

Yeah, they make you feel like shit, but gains on them are similar to a low dose cycle. i.e. a long way from natural.
