this should be the top 3- jay has that bruising covered with spray on tan. they covered it somehow but you can still see it.

id put jay second but the tan is coivering up that bruising on his left bicep its still black and blue. I think if kai had a better midsection and came in a little dryer he could do some damage in the future if people forget about the grapefruit incident. If kai could get another 15 pds of Lean body mass while keeping his gut in check he would be #1. he has some great bicep peaks. looks good in a rear double Bi and also has a super thick chest. If kai could improve on these things phil has a problem next year.

Vic's back is WHAT THE FUCK huge!!!! I do not remember his back ever being so insane!!! New thickness, which is amazing considering how long he has been in the game!!

Heath, wow. Just wow. His FDB is so fucking good. It's disgusting. Phil Heath has pulled off what VERY few champions can do- he looks amazing by himself, so much so that you say "Holy shit! This guy should win" AND he looks just as good being compared to his competitors. That is rare, usually guys look great in one spot or the other- standing there alone they look amazing but fade into a tough lineup etc. Not Phil though. He is a very deserving champion.

I see Victor Martinez still making gains...2012 might be a big year for him. You cannot count him out just because he had some off years, he is still young and appears hungry. I am pretty interested in seeing what he does the next year or two.

Ron you should have gone to the show, I am 100% sure with a phone call or two you'd have a flight and hotel comped to cover the show. Never miss life's opportunities, you never know what's around the corner...next week you could be diagnosed with end stage pancreatic cancer, tomorrow is never promised!!! phil's chest is genetically horrible. how the fuck can people call him the most complete bber ever? also, what's in his shoulders? he said he pushed them to catch up to this arms, but something else is there, just like flex wheeler, just isn't over done, nicely applied. in reality his shoulders shouldn't be any different the victor's. but he wins this show running away too.

at this pt jay is not a better bber than kai, so why isn't he in the 2nd callout? they are still giving him gifts.

Is it me or does jays calves look smaller??

The way Phil stands in the relaxed pose look like he's making his chest look even smaller, should have done it the way Kai, jay and victor is doing it, arms wider apart.

Kai doesn't need to add more weight, got enough mass, just needs to get shredded. Structure is just plain weird, looks like a bunch of body parts thrown together, no flow.

kai is too compact, so there goes the ronnie comparisons.

as far as parts added, that's phil. look at his trunk/core. it looks like his arms and legs were added separately. his frame was never designed for that much muscle. no problem because nothing stands in his way of a couple of Os. kai can't beat him now befause he needs to drop weight to get as tight as phil vs phil possibly being able to add 5-7lbs over the next 3 yrs.

as i said, if i was kulco or evan, i'd a happy SOB with a small frame mrO like phil. either of those guys could take him in 2-3 yrs if the Ronnie Up!

God, Phil's chest just disappears in that MM, the only thing that saves him are his arms. Vic looks really good, just needs to bring up the quads a bit, his back looks great and probably the best we've seen him in years. If he can bring the condition in and add some more mass he'll be a serious threat to Phil.
