I think Vic has an ugly structure. Looks like he's wearing a diaper in the rear shots. Arms look too short in rear double bicep.
All of his muscle always looks very bloofy too. Synthol "calves". Yes, this is an extreme minority opinion.  :D

No one is touching Phil. Everyone else seems to be really off, but Phil is on.
