Ninja stories, my friend, are forever shrouded in mystery...it is their "mystique" that makes them lethal, for if you understand them and unravel their mystery...like a child who finds out that the teddy bear in the dark is the same with the lights on, they lose their mental lethality. Their poisonous grip of the mind is severed, thus half their power is gone.
Look at the video my friend, Shadowkhan come from all shadows, if your mind was always in the "shadows" of your physique, like Flex's was, then you invite the Shadowkhan. They are a metaphor for "self doubt".
