Then i figured i could help younger people not to fall in for the so numerous traps, not to make the same mistakes most of us made  revolving around the question of lifting weights. By destroying their illusions, and explain to them what are the true motives behind most of their models who are most of the time narcistic egocentrical losers who would sell their mother in the name of vanity.
