his training looked really easy... i don't know what is supposed to be "crazy" about tossing a weight around for 15 reps such that it looks like a paperweight?

no disrespect, and not saying this isn't a good way to train.  it's just not what i think of when i think "intense."

GH is right, in this case.

I knew Vaillant when he was on MuscleMayhem as a 150lb twink, then the guy "suddenly" looks as you seen in the video? No way, as the current line is on GB, the guy never built any foundation.

And that's a rather interesting exercise he's doing around the 3min mark ???

All Test400 and whatever other BA overdosed Canadian UGL products are out there ;D

He's looking awesome though. I have friends who train at his gym and he's very open about his training, drug use and everything else. Very solid guy.
I remember when I first registered on bb.com and thought he was such a fruity looking French Canadian pansy. Now he has more muscle in his non-jacking off arm than I do in my entire body. 8)

The big difference I notice in isulin based physiques as opposed to aas based is that the lateral tricep head is very sharp on aas physiques, it looks like it could cut through butter, but on heavy insulin users it doesn't have this look.
