This was a small seminar held at Rang Sharda hotel in Bandra , same neighbourhood where Sheru Classic was held.The crowd went bizzare after watching him in person because it is not a regular occurance over here to see a 280 lb bodybuilder! and Jay seriously is way beyond wide in person than in pics

.Seminar was pretty fine except for the few unwanted questions and Jay wasnt really surprised with the attention seeking mentality of few folks .Some were really good at asking sensible questions and all of it was handled in an matured demeanor .Thereafter Jay and Sheru were honoured and few local champion bodybuilders were also given honours .Then finally he had an 2 min posing routine for which the entire hall went crazy

,there were also displays of his merchandise ie tshirts ,dvd,posters etc.People who had the most expensive pass were allowed to take a picture with him.

No Calf,but there were lot of invitees and bodybuilders whom Jay met.To add to it there were many hangers around who dont even know how to train took pics with Jay.
