seriously- my forearms are a result of having generation after generation of ancestors who worked manual labor and playing baseball without batting gloves

none of you can tell but I got sick forearms.......they look like circumcised, African cocks

Hanging from a chinning bar... which gives out first? Your grip or your back?

Wrist roller. Try three full (non-cheating {as in: don't let the rope slide}) reps with only 5 lbs. ~ all the way up, all the way down.

Try carrying a 45lb. plate with just your finger tips... better yet, try two 45's and watch your toes....

Fill up a bucket with sand. Dig your way to the bottom using only your fist (you "fisters" should love this)

Then you can finish with your barbell forward and reverse wrist curls. Dumbells are very hard to control and are hard on the wrists unless your forearms are really stable, even then R.O.M is very limited.

Hold a BB from a rack pin with weight that you cannot deadlift from the ground. Don't use straps.

See if you are able to type a nice informative little post here on GB right after the workout. Ha. No effin' way, Junior.

My favorite...

Go grocery shopping and try carrying 5-10 heavy, grocery-filled, plastic bags in each hand, while using your fingers as your only support.

Individually load each finger with 1-2 bags and once all fingers are full, form a tight fist and go up a few flights of stairs with those bags and then after unloading, try masturbating with those numb fingers.

Result: You will feel as if a stranger was pleasuring you.

I always end up resting my elbows in the towels and doing *non-grip* chins....

che, are you implying that those bodybuilders with huge forearms hardly every work forearms, yet they have huge forearms because forearm development is highly genetic?  :D :D

They have bigger or more muscular forearms? And I can't remember the last time a pro bodybuilder did towel pull ups, tire flips, farmers walks, etc. Can you? (I'm talking as part of their training)

Looks like both.

No, I can't because I don't train for that stuff. Can a powerlifter perform surgery? No, because they aren't trained for it. So that point really proves nothing. So they can do towel pull ups. Whats your point?

the point it forearm strength and development doesn't have to be limited to machines.

 ;) ;)

I dont know, seems like all those powerlifting movements are a waste of time. You either have big and strong forearms or you don't. I mean, if you havent developed big looking forearms from all the years of basic lifting, doing towel pulls probably wont help much.  :-\ :-\

This device was invented by Vince Basile precisely after he invented the forearm itself.
