I believe Ursus and Mesomorph78. I don't know too much about Groink as I haven't seen many old pics of him pre-gear and I'm not sure who Adrain is.

I was fat (by bodybuilding standards). I was a tank top mr Olympia, Roids have made me look like a BBer from head to toe.  I always had huge arms and huge shoulders...they have actually gone down and my whole body has balanced out, and i'm far,far leaner now than in that vid.

I really should make another one just to show the difference
