Are you serious?!?  That makes the shake-weight look like a legit bodybuilding tool.  Still, may have to get one of those and surprise my wife with it.  It has potential.   ;D

The gadgets just keep coming. Richest country on earth and we have the most out of shape guys.  I swear if guys just ran and did bodyweight exercises they would be ripped and in top shape. No fancy tools needed.

 This also applies to the fantastic gyms we have here in the USA.  We have every thing in terms of equipment yet most guys working out look out of shape.
