Heath is upper back is better and Kai's lower back is better, pretty even when both are shredded but if Kai is off just a tad Heath wins the back poses

heath is in better condition there but kai has better every muscle except 4arm and brachialis

Kais quads/hams when in Condition are Right up there with Todays Best, coming in @ least 10-15lbs Lighter with more Detail and dryness could Quiet POSSIBLY put that Back right @ the current top of the list....@ a Lighter BW.

Whatever weight he was @ in 2009 thats the sort of weight that could possibly push him higher, add even more Detail and condition to that, and you May have a Potential MR O.

Heath had a better presented back at the O this year. But IMO Kai has a way better back, even if his traps need to be bigger from the back. His lats are unreal and insert like Franco's, whereas Phil's are less remarkable. Phil brought the conditioning though so he was rightly rewarded.

I personally think Kai DOES have the best legs and back. It just didn't mean as much as it should have this year because of the conditioning issue. In fact from prejudging Phil was the only one who turned up really sharp?
