So flex wheeler was a karate expert back in 1993?
haha
Considering hes over 40 there he still looks sharp more so his hand speed and that hook kick to the head (while off target still gets the kick up-there) although his timing and balance is Shot witch is to be exspected after been out of it for so long , that type of Karate is called "Point sparring" Nothing to do with Full Contact your NOT allowed to Punch and hit to the head and light contact with the kicks as well.... 2 warnings then your DQ'ed, Im Surprised He actually went back as in BACKWARDS....and tried this Format out again, Simply because this is where Most START from as KIDS not Adults, Myself and a Million others included, you join this sort of Competition @ 8-9yrs old and usually bye 16 where you have learned all the basics with Timing, reflex's, speed, Distance etc everything you will need later on when things get Real... so you go up a Level...Boxing...Kickbox
ing....Muay Thai...etc, not sure what his Motivation was other than to see if he could still be competitive @ it i guess.
