1. Don't drink alcohol before bed.2. Don't look at the computer RIGHT before bed3. Don't look at the internet on your PHONE right before bed4. Have a small meal about a 1/2 - 1 hour before bed.5. Don't have the TV on RIGHT before bed6. Turn off the radio RIGHT before bed.7. Turn off all lights and close the shades at bed time. 8. Have some sleepy time tea w/valarian and 2 melatonin. This should do the trick.
Do you always judge people based on their sleep patterns?
I usually need at least 8 - 9 hrs of sleep.However the last 8 years I have rarely went to bed at a normal time (22 - 01 hrs).Sometimes I go at around 04.00 other times 06.00 so I end up having slept only 3 - 4 hrs and feeling like shit all day.OTC pills don't help and I don't want to get addicted to sleeping pills.Any getbiggers have any tips for me?
