hey man didnt catch this thread before lol, arms are doing good, started training tris hard again (was recuperating from a light elbow injury from crazy heavy skull crushers). Also upped my carbs again, loosing some detail but still better then a couple months ago. will try to get a new pic and post

which day of the week you train arms?I always train them at fridays!
