In general-
5%- Ripped to the bone, stage ready more or less.
7-9 - Everything is clear, and deeply etched. Most folks that are considered extremely ripped to regular folks eyes are in this range. Seldom do you see anyone below this range in real life.
10-12 - All abs are clear to be seen. Decently etched separation to the major muscle groups.
15- You might see 2-3 abs, if you're decently muscled at this range. You'll also have decently defined delts, triceps, biceps, firm legs, etc...., but you'll have a layer of fat over them.

there is not even one natural that go on stage at 5% they all go 6% or over and ripped!
at 8% you will not always see 6 pack very clear even at 7% you will see 6 pack but it wont be tunneled cut at times,, it changes from individual to individual ,,
what most of yuo confuse for fat is pure water,, there is some bodyfat it is minimal on most bodybuild on hormones,,it mostly water weight between skin and muscle that create skin rhickness you fellas confuse with fat
