jobs left a child to be fathered by a single mother on welfare while he became one of the richest people in america, claiming he was sterile

he also cancelled all of apples philanthropic programs

karma got him  ;)

hope this helps

Amen.

Amen.

Don't forget lying and cheating about his stock option prices and back dating them to a time when they were cheaper even though he went back to apple at a later date.  scumbag piece of shit .

why are you promoting brands for free? You paid clothes to become a walking advertisement who will benefit to those who sold them to you. How old are you seriously?

Steve Jobs was the epitome of ATTENTION WHORE.  He has a company with 20000 people that work their asses off daily and he takes the credit for everything they made.  The fact is he wasn't the genious behind the ipod.  Some british dude they hired designed the device and the scroll wheel, yet jobs gets all the credit.

The guy is a sleezy fucker.  His stock option prices when he came back were back dated to a time where the stock was cheaper than when he was hired.  This way he can cash out for more money.

Fuck him for stealing all of the spotlight of everything the thousands of people in his company work on daily.

look at the way he died. Looks like he got what he deserved even in this lifetime. It is said that when we die we see all the suffering and the good things we ve done to others in a last flash, and that it decides of what awaits our soul next.

Everything is about causes and consequences in our lives. What is the consequence of living following God, what is the consequence of living following evil?

Never once have I ever heard him thank his designers, engineers, scientists, marketers or speach writers.  He takes all of the spotlight and acts like he sat in the lab building the iphone from scratch all by himself.

He is a CEO,  most of these guys are just travelling road salesmen that have no idea what the company is up to until they release something then go out and pimp it like it was their brainchild.

He employed 20,000 people, or thereabouts, all of whom still have a job despite his death - the developers are all paid very well for their work and I don't hear anyone complaining - and who says they want the spotlight? Most of them are happy just to take the paycheck at the end of the month and get on with their financially secure lives in their awesome homes in silicon valley.

And what about his stock options when he came back? That's not being sleazy, that's smart money making - we'd all love to do that given the chance. All millionnaires like that know how to play the system - that's why they're millionnaires.

Besides, it doesn't matter now anyway - ain't no pockets in shrouds.

You mean your clothes are all just plain? I just wear what I like, you know... like normal people.

Why do you care what I wear?

There is nothing more childish than talking about what another person is wearing... You sound like a 13 year old girl.

How old are YOU?

Actually, don't answer, because I don't really give a shit.

I don't know if anyone's mentioned it, but "oh well — it's not like he was going to write Beethoven's Ninth Symphony".

Pellerman, Tao, Knuth, Dijkstra, those are real geniuses. Jobs just sold computers. He did amazingly well doing so, but he didn't invent anything. I fail to see what's the reason he's got so much attention. There are dozens of names you owe much in terms of computer technology you don't even know about.

Sure there are tons more... Most of those guys each brought something extremely valuable to math and in turn, the entire computing field.

That does not take away from what Jobs and Woz did in any way. There is more than enough room in the world to appreciate what all of those guys did.

You didn`t get the memo Tu?  Its the "cool" thing to do to pretend Steve Jobs was nothing more than a janitor at Apple.  ::)

Cool picture of you and the Mac by the way.  I remember the first time I saw a Mac as a very young child and it had animation of a guy throwing a paper airplane and I thought it was so much better than the Commodore 128 that I had, which was supposedly the best PC you could get at the time. (although Tandy was up there too lol)

Yeah... the guy never did anything but push some papers around obviously. ;D

Thanks dude. I had the same kind of experience... I remember my friend had a Mac and I actually had an IBM PCJr. His looked so much better than mine. I was actually blown away by it's visual representations... I was dumbfounded.

As a kid I went through Tandy's, Commodores, IBMs, Amigas... Somehow that damn Mac always stood out.

I remember playing Oregon trail on an old Apple IIe for the longest time.

We keep a lot of old stuff around here and it's always nice to reminisce.

It's funny because to me, Macs "surfaced" to my "consciousness" just a few years ago, I have missed the PC vs Mac war completely. I have never really seen one until this year.  ;D It's so funny. They are all personal computers and everyone has their opinion on what is the best kind.

That's the thing right... I use them ALL.

I have a 3 x64 PCs (1 running Windows 7, 1 running Windows 8 Beta  and the other running Fedora 15) and I have an 8 core Mac Pro.

I use them all for different things throughout my day, whether it's work or play.

I never got on board with the Mac vs. PC thing myself... I never get viruses because I don't download suspect stuff and typically stay away from internet porn.

Use what you like, don't dislike what someone else uses.

because he was loved by  hippies who are now hypocritical eco nazis/capitalists in their 50 s. Just as egomanic, narcistic , hedonistic as them. Same generation.
