You will be able to gain an infinite amount of strength.

Muscle gain will be finite, more than likely no more than 25 pounds of lean tissue in your life.
If you ask Dr. Greg Ellis, he'd say no more than 10-12 lbs. of muscle.

Because it's a forum, you know....if you don't like it you can PM gh15, but he'll make a thread from it in the end anyway, if it's worth it.

Infinite strength? Like... more than 150kg bench press?

It's kinda weird that purenaturalstrength made a thread where he only wants GH15s opinion. The man who goes by the name god of hormones. Maybe he is Messiah of natural training too.

I guess the rightful tip would be - go on "all drugs" mode

Of course, he also knows everything about natural training because he has the ability to recognize the difference between natural and unnatural on sight

that way he has seen thousands of lifters and could tell each time which one was natural

based on that he can come up with some figures of what is possible

I was being somewhat sarcastic, as there are literally an infinite amount of numbers between 100x10 and 105x10.

If you are pure and natural then you can gain a lot of pure and natural strength, assuming you drink lots of pure and natural mineral water.

http://www.weightrainer.net/bodycalc.html .

Try that calculator, Casey Butt's work is generally well repected in this field. Not a "bro-scientist" at all, he's a Phd that has put years into his work in that field.

Muscular strength is harder to figure, you won't know till you get there. You can figure you're pretty much tapped out if you're an established lifter and don't make any progess after a few well planned training cycles.

I can tell you most natural guys that really train smart and hard tend to stop making strength gains or they come very slowly after they get into the following ranges-

Bench- 1.75 x BW.

Squat- 2.5 x BW.

Deadlift- 2.75 x BW.

Shoulder press (not Push Press)- Anything over bodyweight is outstanding.

In before Gh15 trenbalona trenbalona trenbalona GH megadose advice.

Nice shape and cuts btw, you might as well just start low dose and very high training intensity, you will maintain of course and it beats inordinate effort for marginal gains every year.

Gains go way slower at earlier strength levels for most people.

@ purenatural: lol we have almost identical stats, also 6'-6'1 86-87kg, 3x180kg fullsquat, 220kg deadlift 140kg benchpress

Still hoping to sqaut 220kg (5 plate) but I'm so far away. don't think I can do it without being a fatass.

Think I can be a lot stronger but I think i'm pretty maxed LBM wise.

I'll agree with that with some explanation, the numbers I threw out were for guys(training in a powerlifting or strongman style) that have 15-20 years of consistant smart training under their belt. Generally, you'll get the 1.5 bw bench, 2x squat, 2.5 Deadlift in the first few years, (say 5-6 years for arguements sake), after that you can still eek out gains but it's more on the order of a couple of pounds a year on the major lifts if you do 90%+ of the things right.

By the time you get into the quoted range(in that other post) or even close to it, you're a decade or 2 in. I've seen a decent amount of guys do it naturally, but they were militant in their appoach to the hobby.

All natural you might be able to bench your body wt and that is all.
Unless you are lots of tren, test ad mega doses of GH , all other lifts are a waste of your time.
