As for your second point, we have argued over this before and I have always stated that EVERYONE including the elderly have to contribute to lowering the deficit....the poor should be taxed as is the rich.....but right now, the rich have the resources we can gain from right now.....and they are undertaxed.....and a significant amount of millionaires agree with Warren Buffet that this is the case.....many millionaires have benefitted from tax breaks and loopholes....now the gov't is asking them to give some of that back...I see nothing wrong with that at all

well you've started the name-calling but I won't bite this time.....first off, the rich and millionaires have always been the biggest contributors of taxes to the nation.....and they have paid a much bigger percentage of income in the past than they do now....there is nothing wrong with asking for a little more in hard times....we are simply asking them to do what they have always done.....this ideology that we should not ask the rich for anything is insane....and as I have stated..everyone should give....even welfare recipients should give back some of their checks...but you fail to mention that the rich benefit from tax breaks we don't get, loopholes in tax laws and especially in government subsidies worth billions..

look at Michele Bachmann for example who gets medicaid funds, yet rails against medicaid..and look at all the millionaire farmers who get gov't handouts....many of whom are in congress!...yet you prefer to focus on the poor.

I disagree with his comments (and yours) about Fox News.  Their hard news programming reports the news just like any other news network.  They just do it better than other networks.  That's why more people watch their news shows than any others. 

They also do a better job with their opinion shows.  That's why people would rather watch them than something the "Ed Show" on MSNBC.
