You seem to think that increasing taxes won't have any significant impact on our economy. Funny, even Obama said you don't raise taxes in a recession because it only hampers a recovery.

Regardless, first it's taxes on the millionaires. Then when that doesn't do shit to fix our problems, it becomes taxes on the semi-millionaires. Then when that doesn't do shit to fix the problem it becomes taxes on the quarter-millionaires. Get it yet?

Has anyone taken an economics class or studied economic history on this board? The AMT is a PERFECT example.

I disagree with his comments (and yours) about Fox News. Their hard news programming reports the news just like any other news network. They just do it better than other networks. That's why more people watch their news shows than any others.

They also do a better job with their opinion shows. That's why people would rather watch them than something the "Ed Show" on MSNBC.

are we on the same planet?....maybe you're watching the Mars edition of FOX news..LOL...No way do they report the news better than CNN, nor are their opinion shows better when they overwhelmingly spout the conservative view....

I could care less about MSNBC..they are a non-factor as far as I'm concerned and I don't watch them either....but no one beats CNN in coverage and fairness

You should tell this to some Dem politicians as Obama's jobs bill has zero sponsors and Reid refuses to vote on it. Wonder why?

Obama does agree but he can't alienate his base by asking them to pay more taxes when the rich and corporations are making record profit and earnings.....it just won't go over well.....he will probably tax the poor in his second term, but to do so now before having a plan in place to tax the rich would be political suicide......

I do support legislation to tax the rich more because its the beginning of solving the problem and we have to start somewhere....not to mention, whether you like it or not, the American people want the rich taxed more as well....70% in some polls......

We're on the same planet. We have different opinions. I'm with the large majority that prefers Fox News coverage to CNN (although I watch both). If CNN did a better job, they would have better ratings. They don't.

I think CNN's website is and always has been better than Fox's website, but that's about it.

CNN has a pretty clear liberal bias. I guess liberals would consider that fair coverage.
