Again....giving money to solar companies is a risky proposition.....they inherently lose money and it is very hard to get Americans to buy into solar power because its expensive and inconvenient......The gov't is trying to expand into other areas of energy sources and this was one attempt to do so.....

yet everyone rails because they feel the gov't isn't doing enough to to wean ourselves off of oil..we can't have it both ways
