he can't. that's just not anatomically possible for dennis. his lats insert high. nothing he can do about it. same with his calves. kai is gifted with the lowest lat insertion.

His lats enhance his taper, Kai's lats make him look blocky as fuck.

Yeah Phil will not lose another show for sure; unless he is injured.  He will never will show up in OFF mode!

Jay is done for me.  The man got toren biceps, torn right quad, 747 waist, watry back with lots of wrinkles. etc..

Kai will always have bloated gut, small trabs, low than average upper back, thin tricpes, flat chest (when in FDB pose), etc..

Victor will never come in peeled and will always have weak legs especially quads.

Branch will never have an amature back and will always have arms and forearms of a swimmer.

Wolf will always have no lower back, no calves, weak gluts and hams and no striations.

So, Phil is the man right now until a new champion is born or until Loinel Byeke reach his potional!  ;)

He is prime, he has been megadosing since day one, he wont get any bigger.

Brandon and Lionel have far better genetics, bith will surpass him bodybuilding wise in a few years.

All the old guard are train wrecks, something that doesnt get mentioned is that Jay either has nerver damage lower lats or he tore them, they used to insert lower.

First off, there should be a rule where Mr O's waist must be say 36 inches or less

Second, I dont think there is anyone in todays top 10 Mr O Crop that can overtake Phil.

Some have said Centopani but BBing seems to be a "hobby" to him, perhaps Brandon Curry if he puts on some size and can dial it in

Kai and Branch are late thirties and are on borrowed time
