Think about it though.  Traditionally companies have hired more men than women since the industrial revolution.  Now when a company lists a job they probably get twice as many women applying than men.  Do you think any company run by a white male wants to have a majority of bitchy whiny women working there?

That's why many women for example get in medical schools (they memorize the books and pass exams) but they rarely place on top in the actual job, those highest and most respected positions are occupied by men. Because men actually understand those things and are able to adapt them in real work plus create new things etc..
