This is just fucking stupid, you need to train in a variety of rep ranges if you want MAXIMUM hypertrophy that your individual body can achieve.  You can grow your quads from squatting sets of 3 or sets of 20 . Now you can be a dogmatic dumbfuck, and pick one or the other. Or you can utilize both of them to get the most out of your training.

I'VE SEEN SEMINARS AND INTERVIEWS WITH HIM AND THEY ST0PPED D0ING BACK SQUATS. THEY USED T0 D0 BACK SQUATS BUT THEN ELIMINATED THEM DURING THE PEAK 0F THE BULGARIAN D0MINANCE.

In 1969 when Abadjiev took over as national coach, the team used 19 exercises in their training.
