astonishing he dont look like he is built for the bench as much as a ted arcidi or scott mendelson  with there short arms either. wonder what his weight is

Finnish 300 kg/660 lb bench presser (not a meet, so basically just a gym lift). Not the only Finn to break 300 kg but might be one of the most dominating.

Nice! thats how it's done right there nice set! never seen anybody at my gym lift that kind of weight! everybody in the gym would be gawking if somebody could lift 6 plates. shoot, even squating that much is not easy!
