He`s got a great close grip bench as well,just look at the triceps on him,always said bench press is all about strong triceps.

This guy came to supertraining in Sacramento one time.  I still don't understand why he wont do a meet, he has a world class raw bench.

He's gonna do a meet, yesterday he put up 610 for 3 sets of 3, Eric is the strongest presser I've ever seen hands down !!, His endurance is RETARDED as well. He's done 315 for 64 :o He did 315 for 50 after doing 3 sets of 500 for 13, 12, 11 then we stripped the bar and he banged out 50 reps with 315  :o His biggest lift was 660, I'm telling you guys he will be a name you here soon !! To answer your question hangclean eric is very hard on himself as we all are, but there's no way I'm gonna let this FREAK not compete !! lol
