never want to lean back when doing a pushup always curve forward almost like and upside down V , this strengthens the abominals and doesnt put your back in that nerve pinching position. over time if you get stronger and always are flat eventually your form will get even lazier with abs out instead of in then injury happens
i am also getting alot stronger making sure i have rice everyday
never let your stomach touch the floor when doing a pushup, rather let your chest or face ONLY touch the floor NEVER your stomach unless you are at total rest
