i never heard of this crossfit thing until here ,then espn ran a crossfit challenge 1st they swam so many meters ,ran to chinup bar did riduculous amount reps,then full to ground pause pushups,then squat thrusts again hundred reps,then later as they did diff events a clean and snatch,looked grueling ,they had lot of competitors ,the featured dudes were lean or jacked or both.different than the strongman due to the guys and events were more total endurance and power as compared to strongman freaks.

Its just that I expect her ass and hams to be better, but her hams don't pop out the back either like women who truly squat, like a lot of the Brazilian women...so it seems to me that she dabbles here and there, no consistantly...

Maybe just poor genetics. There are tons of strong powerlifters/ol who don't look like much; she is just the female version. Her ass is still a hell of a lot better than the average white chick.
