Hulk was definitely big and thick at his peak but always looked more muscular on tv than in pics which seems to be the way with alot of wrestlers.
His arms actually look more muscular today, smaller but better defined.
Nowhere near 24" here.

Hogan was a huge guy. His arms may have been over 20" but it wasn't a muscular measurement. No definition, just large.

Hogan had them measured live on tv.....they were 24.....that's all I can tell ya. Then again, in his prime Hogan was 6'7" and 300+ lbs with a lot of muscle. For a man that size 24" ain't unrealistic.
