fuck you negative pukes.....nothing ever changes around here.
And it's not going to... at least not anytime soon. Too many young folks here who think they are invincible and "larger than life..." It's nothing that really needs to be shoved in their faces (as I am doing) ~ it is inevitable. As stated, "Father time" - aging, whatever. You can't stop it. The few moments it took me just to type this reply are moments lost, and are now considered part of the past - never to be re-gained. If the kids here actually understood this concept, they might just attempt to live their lives a little differently, which would also show in the way they *talk* to people. It is what it is.

it's genetic, some people age better then others.... and Roland always was a ugly bastard, also seeing his lastname i guess he is of polish heritage? polish people do not age well, as russians and a lot of the slavic people also.
also he was a junky, addicted to coke and alcohol, really does not help keep oneself young an shiney.. lol!
good to see you posting again man

Oh, can it. I am 41 and people think I am early 30s. And guess what? I have never been drunk, never smoked a cigarette and have never used drugs. Fact is, Roland looks much, much older than his actual age and this is what folks are riffing on. Yes, time doesn't stop for anyone, but many individuals choose to advance their years prematurely through unhealthful lifestyle choices.

I have neither smoked, drank or used drugs. NOBODY believes that I have never touched a drop of alcohol. I made that decision in high school and stuck with it. I had already seen too many lives destroyed (even at that time) by alcohol. I have no idea in the overall spectrum whether or not I am aging "gracefully" or not. When I see my old class mates, I don't recognize most of them. They don't recognize me either... really. Not one of them has stayed in shape and most all of them drink and smoke... and do some type of drug. Once again: It is what it is.

He's one the original "all drugs, no foundation" guy, used to talk about how he trained light and almost exclusively on cables all the time. His best shape was in the 94 Olympia and he looked like a water balloon, like he'd just leak and deflate if someone stuck a pin into him. Made Phil Heath look like Dorian Yates.

It must be nice to be 40 and still plow 18yos (as he's known for) with no prob, as they go crazy for him. Many doesn't want to admit - but looking (and what follows is - feeling. I mean - if you are 40, and in the morning you see a guy who looks 23-25 in the mirror - you will actually think of yourself like you'd be of that age) young is a great great thing (doesn't want to admit, because psychological defense mechanisms kick in and the helplessness forces an individual to "accept" the "inevitable"). Youth is great thing. And instead of whining and feeling helpless I'd encourage all of these who doesn't want to give up without a fight - to suppor initiatives like SENS and "The manhattan project", or just overall - a longevity science. Getting old is a shame, a disgrace for an individual, and it is not acceptable anymore, at the point of a human history we are in. (I know it sounds "whacko" to some of you at the moment, but nevertheless it's "comming", tho' still not a big part of society are "On the top of the game" of the modern science, knowledge wise, to grasp that...)..
