Remember that Evan is alot younger than Melvin and he has being juicing for a lot less time,that means that he did not screw up his balls and endocrine system completely yet!
Melvin instead is problably now praying that one day he will have enought effective sperm to put his wife pregnant!
Remember steroid will give a temporary physique,until you are on,and a lifetime of sexual problems(sterility and impotence) beside othe issue!

Well he's been in the game (the sauce) since the mid 90's...i remember him in a NPC ad from 94-95, with the high top fade.

I think he's lost the fire...sadly, Phil Heath was winning shows back in 2006, lighter than Melvin competed at...the difference was that Phil was better conditioned.  Dex had told Melvin to stop trying to come in heavier...and this was a while ago.
